Nice lamp, quick shipping

Got a House Doctor hanglamp. Arrived fast, about 5 days. Lamp looks good, works perfectly. Happy with the purchase.

Got a great deal on a rug

I picked up a vloerkleed during one of their sales. The website was easy to navigate, found what I wanted pretty quick. It got here faster than I thought, took 6 days to reach me in Texas. The rug feels nice underfoot and really tied my living room together. No complaints at all, everything went smoothly.

Good quality, delivery took a while

I ordered an HKliving 70s servies set and a couple of Bloomingville vases. The ordering process on the website was pretty straightforward, no hitches there. The items arrived well-packaged, which is always a plus for fragile things. Quality of the servies set is really nice, just as pictured, and the vases feel sturdy. My only real observation was the delivery time; it took about 8 days to get here to California, which felt a bit long, but it did come from overseas so I guess it's understandable. Customer support was responsive when I inquired about the shipping status, giving me a clear update. Overall, a solid experience if you're not in a rush.

Decent furniture, small delivery issue

I bought a Nordal eettafel and a couple of rotan stoelen. The furniture itself is solid and looks great in my dining room, very much in line with the Scandinavian style I wanted. Assembly for the table was easy enough. Delivery was a bit of a mixed bag; it arrived within the stated timeframe, but one of the chair boxes had a small tear, though thankfully the chair inside wasn't damaged. Customer service was helpful when I called about tracking the larger items. Value for money is fair, considering the design and build. They could improve on their packaging for larger items, just to be safe.
